How it all works:

We come to you! We will set-up in your place of business; usually a comfortable and confidential area where we can consult with your associates. Depending on the size of your company, we will be available to meet and consult with your associates for one-on-one fitness and nutritional consulting, as many days as necessary. We can schedule appointments for your staff on the days that we are there, or your associates can feel free to walk in at their convenience. Additionally, we are available via phone or email, Monday through Friday 9AM – 9PM (PST). Call or email in your wellness question and we will respond within 24 hours. And, if your company has a sales team, we are available to service them via telephone appointments as well.

If you choose to have weekly or monthly wellness workshops, we bring the expert speakers to you! We can schedule speakers anytime during the work day, but we recommend during the lunch hour and we will provide a healthy lunch for your staff!
